Northbound Software LLC is reached by email at contact@northboundsoftware.net. One address covers everything: general enquiries, questions about a published application, privacy requests, and business or legal correspondence.

Messages are read by a person. Naming the application you are writing about usually gets a useful reply on the first exchange.

There is no public telephone line and no mailing address for general correspondence. Formal notice and service of process go to the registered agent on file with the Minnesota Secretary of State.
